terms of service

effective june 2026

these terms govern your use of onlyfonts.ai, its API, CDN, plugins, and apps (together, the service), operated by system operator. by using the service you agree to these terms.

the service

onlyfonts.ai is a font platform: a catalog of open-source fonts, search and pairing tools, a font CDN, and developer APIs. the service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. we work hard to keep it fast and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation.

font licenses

fonts in the catalog are distributed under their own licenses (typically the SIL Open Font License or Apache License), shown on each font's page. your use of a font is governed by that font's license, not these terms. we don't claim ownership of any catalog font.

your account and content

• you're responsible for activity under your account
• when you upload a font, you confirm you have the rights to host and serve it. you keep all rights to fonts you upload — you grant us only the permission needed to store and serve them as you direct
• you can delete your account and data at any time (see the privacy policy)

acceptable use

• don't upload fonts you don't have rights to distribute
• don't abuse the API or CDN (scraping at disruptive volume, circumventing rate limits, reselling access)
• don't use the service to harm others or break the law

we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, system operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

changes

we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. questions: support@onlyfonts.ai.
