privacy policy
effective june 2026
onlyfonts.ai is operated by system operator. this policy describes what data we
collect, why, and what we do with it. the short version: we collect as little as
possible, we host everything in the EU, and we don't track you across the web.
what we collect

account data — if you sign in (via GitHub or Figma OAuth), we store your name,
email address, and avatar URL as provided by the OAuth provider. we never see
your password.

your content — fonts you upload, fonts you select from the catalog, and custom
domains you configure are stored so the service can work.

search queries — text queries entered into font search are logged to improve
search quality. queries are not linked to your browsing history elsewhere.

image search uploads — images you upload to identify fonts are stored temporarily
to compute a visual match, then deleted.

request logs — like every web service, our infrastructure (Cloudflare) produces
standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL) used for security and
debugging.
what we don't do
- no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts
- the font CDN serves files without cookies and without profiling visitors of sites that use it
- we don't sell or share personal data with third parties
where data lives
data is stored and processed in the European Union: our database runs in Ireland,
font files are stored in Western Europe, and ML processing runs in EU regions.
our infrastructure providers are Cloudflare and Modal.
your rights
you can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and all associated
data at any time by emailing
support@onlyfonts.ai. deletion requests
are honored within 30 days.
changes
if this policy changes materially, we'll note the new effective date here. questions:
